Attorney Alex Dychter and his law firm was able to recover owed wages for me and several hundred other staffing recruiters in California. It was great that Alex and his staff could move the case forward even though we had a pandemic occurring. It was always a pleasure to hear updates personally from Attorney Alex and I really appreciate him explaining the class action process to me along with other case updates. I had some issues at my former job in the medical field and Attorney Alex Dychter and his office was able to recover my owed wages, including money for missing my meal and rest breaks. Also, my attorneys were able to recover money I was owed for mileage that I drove for work that was not reimbursed.
