Only disgusting, rude, and disrespectful people work here, I called to get my hair braided back a lady told me $70, my appointment was at 10am I get there and have to wait an extra 30 minutes, but no one was in there but me....before they started that they say $75 and stated she never agreed with the price being $70, she said it with an attitude problem.....then get mad when I do it back....please don't ever go here

Bad place at the beginning she made me wait more than 30 minutes in the sun. I showed her the hairstyle she told me that she can do it with hair included arrived at the studio she chose another color telling me that I had to pay while we had concluded about it. She starts adding a large quantity of gel which ends up bleaching after each second. When I show her she got angry and started screaming and speaking very harshly saying that she is professional she shows me her license on the wall. She told me that it is a big brand ... read more

Terrible experience I came here today to get two braids down with curly pieces added. I asked over the phone if she could do two braids and she said yes but never told me pricing. I got there and did show her I wanted curly pieces and she said she didn’t have them but we could use rollers to curl them. I showed her a side part and had to stop her because she attempted to still give me a middle part. I went in 6 different shops around 69th st and they were all unfriendly and told me no. But this lady was very nice and welcoming. She was fast and gentle and good price and the braids looked great when she was done! I was very happy with the experience

Good customer service but BEWARE she will try to switch the price on you after your service is done. I called and was told $60 for 4 feed-in cornrows. I showed her the picture upon arrival, after we were done she said it’s $100 because I wanted the ends of my 4 braids wrapped into buns. Something I’m fully capable of doing in my kitchen. My sister had the same experience after they made the braids longer than she requested.
