The Dybvig seed cleaner has become a crucial component of threshing and cleaning my veg and flower seed crops. This season I used it on onion, zinnia, sunflower, cosmos, and squash (both wet and dry processing). Extremely well made and highly recommended.

At Sheffield Seed we have had the same machine for over 30 years. Still runs great and processes thousands of pounds of berries, apples, grapes, cones, and all kinds of other seed. It is an incredibly versatile machine that we use all the time.

Saw this in action and bought for Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge. We grow and plant about 20-30,000 plants a year and have a huge seed banking initiative right now for building our seed storage. This machine has been critical! Well worth the price. We process everything from large fruit to grasses and several critically endangered species. Machine is solid and well built, customer service is top notch and the company is eager to be of service. Best of all, small family owned business. Takes a minute to get used to m... read more

Prior to purchasing a Dybvig, we were processing small samples of our coll... read more

I would not be able to do my job without this amazing machine. At Fourth Corner Nurseries we harvest and clean seed from a few hundred species of native plants, the majority of which are processed in the Dybvig. We use it for all sorts of berries, fruits, cones, catkins, maple seed, grasses, and perennials. There are very few items for which another technique is easier or more thorough in separating the seed from the pulp/chaff/etc. As someone who comes from a background running a vegetable seed company and processing most t... read more
