I have been trying to close out a Plan for over a year. The Customer Service Person is nasty - unhelpful. Their Customer Portal is a guessing game and when you call for help you are treated like a stupid child.
The worst company ever! They won't let you to get out of,they drag it as much as they can to charge you fees.
I took over a small business in 2017 that had their retirement account with Dyatech. I immediately started closing the accounts with these buffoons and still they are dragging the process out trying to charge more fees. It's 2019 and they are still trying to sign me up for more services and refuse to close the account. Read the reviews. Do not invest your money or time with this company. Period
