Dyanne is knowledgeable, caring, and really interested in my care. She always has been quick to refer me to a specialist if she feels it is appropriate. She is personable, pleasant and I look forward to my visits with her.
Getting established as a new patient was extremely difficult. After finally being established, scheduling remained an issue despite repeatedly communicating the urgency of a potentially serious concern. Follow-up appointments were rescheduled multiple times by appointment staff, causing ongoing delays and frustration. In addition, no follow through after informing them the pharmacy needed additional information to dispense a medication. It's been nothing but a challenge to be seen as an actual patient.
Diane would never assist me with good medical care. I don’t think she ever cared about me as a patient. I believe she would rather let me suffer. I would never suggest her to anyone for medical care.
