Asked and repeated for a specific insurance coverage for a new vehicle for my teen daughter. Later after a tornado caused damage to the vehicle, I was told I had lower insurance coverage. When I called to figure out the issue I was told there must have been miscommunication and liability insurance was applied to my vehicle when I called the first time.
