Dyana is very professional. I trusted her from the moment I spoke to her first. She is knowledgeable and would not do anything that alters your natural look. I will be a customer for the long term.
This was my very first time getting any kind of filler & I was so nervous, but Dyana made the whole process feel calm and comfortable. Total newbie to this. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt relaxed by the vibe of the office. Anna, the esthetician, gathered information about my goals for the consultation and treatment. We discussed my skin care routine which was an unexpected bonus. Mine is pretty bad (self-extraction/picking) but they never made me feel judged or ashamed. AMAZING experience with Dyana. Highly recommended!!! I was a bit nervous as a ‘first timer’ & she eased any concerns about looking overdone. I went back for my 2-week follow up yesterday & was already super happy with my results. That said, Dyana carefully examined the areas we treated & made minor adjustments utilizing my leftover filler from my previous appointment to address other areas we discussed. She didn’t try to push any additional treatments & was very conservative/considerate to make me LOVE my enhancements.
