With the amount of money the law firm charges you'd expect to have good representation. I had to switch lawyers because they were not doing what I was paying them to do. Although their staff were nice people, they had to communicate back to back to back to different departments. The person handling your case isn't even the lawyer, it's just the person that communicates with them.
