Since Dyad Psychology offers more unique groups, I've actually been in a couple..and can honestly say they're worth it! I leave feeling better and I've genuinely connected with people, which is a huge deal for me. A big shout-out to Dr. Lesser and the other clinicians for caring enough to host these groups and make everyone feel so welcome(:
