Reached out to Davis at DY LAW for some guidance. He was able do a review and revise current documents and also drafted a few agreements that were needed. He also went above and beyond to make sure that they were in compliance with all corporate formalities. Would definitely recommend working with Davis and his firm if you are unsure if your business is operating properly or if it needs an update.
