Absolute nightmare with this company. From 12:50 to 16:30, they loaded trailer dryvan 53” for a whole 4 hours – 20 pallets... When half of them were loaded, I already noticed the drive axle was overloaded. I informed them about it, but they brushed off my concerns, claiming they'd loaded two trucks similarly before without issues. When I insisted they unload and redistribute the weight, they responded with, "If you don't like it, call the broker and refuse the load."
