Got my test on Amazon arrived the day after I ordered, Put it in the enclsed envelope and had my results the next day. Was so easy and I didn't even have to leave the house.
UNACCEPTABLY INCOMPETENT. I was promised to get results by the evening of February 17th. It’s the evening of February 19th now, and tomorrow morning is my flight. I had to call and email the company like 20 times to finally learn that they actually never even received my test and now when they receive it, they can’t test it because it’s been more than 72 hours since I took it.
