Their website listed the wrong microphone for my HT. When it arrived it did not work. The first rep was no help and did not even to send me a shipping label to return it. He offered no soultions at all. I called and spoke to another rep and was arrogrant in his attitude and tone. He implied I was not doing something correctly. I called and emailed several times asking for help on parts for a 50 foot tower. I planned to buy everything from them for the tower but they refused to even tell me what parts I needed for the tower saying I needed a tower engineer, which is crazy being the tower is only 50 feet tall, we have a civil engineer on staff and I have manage the construction of mid rise buildings in Chicago. I could not get one ounce of help from them so I went directly to the manufacture by passing them completely.
