A useless mechanic shop, went in with a couple of very specific issues which I clearly described to the staff here. We then booked our truck in for them to assess it they wrote down verbatim the issues I had described to them on a piece of paper, told me they could do nothing about them charged me for the pleasure and sent me on my way. Useless is putting there skill level politely, incompetent and dishonest also come to mind. Fortunately we are travelling so it’s unlikely we will ever need to deal with them again.
