We build in 1990. Bad plumbing, all pipes inside and out have constantly been blowing. Removing bricks to get to the plumbing, replacing cabinetry due to flooding and the latest replacing all flooring due to a PVC pipe underneath the kitchen sink which flooded underneath the hybrid flooring. We have had to replace almost all plumbing. Also recently had the ceilings painted which have started peeling because the ceiling was never primed.
