Dwyer Building Groups building licence has been suspended by the Building Commission due to their non compliance with a NCAT court order to pay for the damages, defects and incomplete works at my family home. The sum of money that Dwyer Building Groups were order to pay was $285,000 plus my legal costs. You can read more about it on Caselaw, just search the builders company name. I spoke to Dwyer building after we had water damage in our home in Adelaide, being a Broken Hill local I wanted to speak to someone I trust about what to do in this situation given that I’d never been through the process before. Dwyer Builders are amazing from start to finish. Kyle came to our home and nothing was to much trouble when we first started our journey with the total rebuild of our kitchen, laundry, toilet and loungroom floor. The quote was amazing with everthing individually written so you new exactly what you were paying for.
