From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and friendly. The office was neat and clean, much better than the one in Cambridge. The process was incredibly fast, and Eric Yeh was super helpful—he handled everything so efficiently! Last time, when I was in Cambridge, it took me 5 hours, but this time it was a breeze. Thanks, Eric—keep up the great work!
The people there r very nice
Google says it's open today and I couldn't get any info on the phone or website that it isn't open today, Washington's birthday. It is closed and so many others couldn't find out either. Not good for all that road the bus, walked or got rides here just to find out it's closed. Very frustrating for all that need help and with limited income! Waste of time, money and effort.
Very knowledgeable customer service Representatives as well as speedy services. I always choose this office when I am needing to use the welfare office.
