Took almost three hours to never get called! I left and drove to the henderson office and accomplished what I needed within the first ten minutes of being there. Only had to speak to one person! The Flamingo Office is literally terrible. Calling for people that did not exist and then calling people who came in after me. The line for disabled people were never even helped. The case manager I met with was Hispanic seemed to be maybe Cuban. I can’t remember her name but I so wish I did!! I had a very distressing and unprofessional experience during my appointment. When I did not have the documents she requested, she mocked and belittled me in front of another person. She laughed at me and at the individual next to me while speaking with their case manager. On Monday at approximately 1:40 PM, I visited your office regarding my benefits case. At that time, there were only TWO women working at the front area. Of those two, ONLY ONE woman assisted me directly at the check-in counter. This is the employee I am filing this complaint about. The employee who assisted me was a Hispanic woman with short, shoulder-length brown hair, working at the check-in counter.
