First and foremost, I would like to say that I am a professional event planner and thought that we wouldn’t need a coordinator for our wedding. I was so completely wrong. When we booked our venue they required us to have a day of person- and I’m eternally grateful we found Debbie. I really do not think we could’ve done it without her and she took so much of the stress off of us. Debbie is an amazing coordinator, and I truly don’t know what we would have done without her. She was our day-of coordinator for our October 2025 wedding and also ran our rehearsal walkthrough the day before. Even as a very Type A person who usually wants to do everything myself, I can 110% say I was less stressed and didn’t have to worry on my wedding day because of Debbie - and for people who know me, that is saying a lot haha. If I could recommend Debbie 100x I truly would. Debbie truly is someone who loves what she does which makes it incredibly easy to work with her. She is honest, kind and listens to all of your concerns, (and then immediately puts your concerns at ease without any question.) how incredibly lucky David and I to have crossed paths with her. Debbie was brought in late in the game to our wedding planning as Day of Coordinator-and we were so lucky to be able to work with her! She was timely, professional, and addressed all my concerns while planning my son Gage's wedding. I didn't have to worry about anything leading up to and the day of the wedding. Debbie had it handled, she it the real deal!! Highly recommend her!
We cannot recommend Deb enough!! We got married this past weekend and my anxiety was able to stay at bay because Deb was taking care of everything. My mom and bridal party were able to truly be present and enjoy the moment because we knew it was all set. Deb was responsive, organized, and proactive. So grateful we used her!
