Ladies please be aware of this shop. As a single mom, my car is my only transportation and when it’s not running, it’s extremely stressful. I went there looking for guidance and paid for a diagnostic. They sold me a defective battery, and two days later my car died completely and wouldn’t even take a jump. Ok service. They were able to get me an appointment just 1 day in advance which was nice. However, the 1 hour time frame turned into about 2 and a half. Also, they quoted the parts at $100 for 4 quarts of oil and a filter. I don't necessarily mind paying $130 for an oil change, but don't lie to me and tell me the parts are 40% more expensive than they are down the street at O'reillys without a discount.
