Disappointed... After nearly 25 years of getting my cars smogged at Dwights my car passed the emissions part but I was missing my heat riser plate. I had taken it off because it had a crack in it and developed a rattle. I asked Dwight if I could go grab it and put it on and have it signed off as per the "visual" inspection. He said no. He stated that he would have to completely redo the smog check. I went and got the plate put back on the car and was back within about 15 minutes. He redid the whole check and it passed.
