I switched to State farm based on their rate. This involves car tracking. The beacon device was not mailed in a timely way. I did not have it so they unenrolled me. Then I called them and told them the device was never sent to me, so they sent it again. I'm a busy professional, I thought that installing the device would be adequate but it has to be paired using the app. I noticed that my rate went up again, so I called the office to ask for assistance.
