On February 1st, my husband had an episode (later diagnosed as a TIA) near Dwight Illinois. We were fortunate to see a Dwight Rescue Squad that was refueling at a gas station at the exit off I-55, and the EMTs with the vehicle were wonderful to assist us with this situation. Our deepest appreciation to the two young men who helped us during this incident. It caught us off guard, and we would have been lost without their assistance!
Disappointing
On 4-17-24 I had sustained an injury and I was in need of a ambulance. The fire men and EMT team arrived and they were attentive, professional, kind and caring. I don't know all the names of the team that was working that evening, but they all were phenomenal. I do remember Jenny, in the ambulance, because she was gentle and understanding of my whole ordeal.
