Amazing Library for an amazing person. I was happy to pay respects, not knowing that he is buried here as well.
A great presidential library and museum. They have guided tours every so often per day that takes a look into Dwight D. Eisenhower's childhood home. The museum itself is pretty extensive and informative. I enjoyed this presidential library more than other ones I've been to.
Was a great leader in both wartime and peacetime.
Wow, excellent place to visit! There is much to see and explore. We enjoyed seeing the boyhood home of Eisenhower. They do offer tours but we arrived too late in the day. The museum was well done and flowed well. We particularly enjoyed the several short films. You can also walk into the library, visit the prayer chapel where the president and his wife were interred. The visitor center is a nice stop too. We enjoyed picking up “I like Ike” pins and a few other unique souvenirs. Definitely an afternoon well spent for the whol... read more
