If you have done illegal building work and you need a surveyor, don’t call this guy, he dragged it on for 6 months and completed nothing, graint was looking for issues that the council never bought up, he was blaming the engineer and draftsman for not doing there job properly, he continued to charge me thousands of dollars for irrelevant work, In the end I moved on to another surveyor who completed all the work in 3 months and had it passed through council.
