I had a badly decayed tooth, and on Christmas Day that tooth decided it was the perfect time to send me into so much pain i was unable to enjoy my family holiday. The next day I immediately called Monarch on Beltline. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - DONT GO HERE. They take 6 months to file a claim and then when your insurance will not pay sense they take too long they charge the bill to you. First they will "look into it " then send your bill to collections and not contact you when they "look into it" . Management is rude and getting ahold of corporate is difficult. ZERO customer service from Judy the manger. She is not capable of doing her job to contact you when she says she will and then sends your bill to collections. $900.00 you get to pay for t... read more

This is the WORST place ever!!!!! II waited over an hour in the waiting room and finally at 5:05pm I was told (not walked or guided) to wait in the XRay room where I waited another 10 minutes. Finally, a Hispanic man came in and did my X Rays - he was the only kind staff member. I was then rushed around as the other staff packed up their stuff to leave for the day. After reviewing my info they said, "You had a stroke and you have heart conditions....we cannot help you. Maybe you can come back another day." He then walked out... read more

Worst dont dare to go here – I want to rate is o starts which i dont have an option in this, dont even dare to step in this place, they will rip you off. The movement you enter you can see they are here to rip you pocket off.

Staff are cheerful and helpful – My family appreciates Monarch Dental so much. The office folks are cheerful and helpful. Dr. Green is both skilled and has a reassuring manner. And Whitney is both gentle and thorough. We love you all.

Best dentist – Visiting a dentist can be stressful, but I don't feel that when visiting Dr. Greens office. I feel fortunate to have him as my personal dentist.

Good work – I had a root canal and it was the most pleasurable dental procedure I've ever had. I have been singing the praises on Monarch Dental for a month now!

Dr. Green is very attentive and caring, makes his patients feel important and special. I plan to bring my children to him as they "graduate" from their pediatric dentist!

Dr. Green is the best dentist I've had. He is thorough, extremely knowledgeable about what he does, and I was very impressed with his work. And the office staff is excellent. I have recommended him to anyone and everyone who needs an excellent dentist.
