Darryl was great. he came prepared with specialized equipment. he did not rush through any stage and took his time in spots that needed extra attention. He explained everything that he was doing. On a personal level he was a very nice guy. and that's important when you are allowing a stranger into your home to do some work.
I am a repeat customer of DWES Enterprise. Darryl cleans the common areas of my apartment building (a lot of foot traffic and spills). Dirt, grease, grime and stains before and beautiful clean blue carpet after. Thank you, Darryl!
Out of 5 vendors I had shortlisted, I picked DWES for steam cleaning my carpet. I spoke to Darryl about their standard of service in detail. He arrived on time and did a great job of bringing the carpet back to a uniform color through out. Carpet dried within 24 hours. He delivered everything he said he would do.
