I was a contract Realtor assisting a family moving across country, assigned to me from Dwellworks. The whole process was handled extremely poorly. To start, it was a last minute assignment, received on a Tuesday, relocation happening the following week. Email communication and responses were poor, Dwellworks employees were rude, and nonresponsive. Don’t expect too much for their services. You can think them as a reference. Basically you need to do all the necessary things with your own efforts. What they can do on behalf of customers is almost nothing. They will be just watching you. chatgpt is mostly more helpful to get better answers.

This company is all appearances with little in the way of substance or services. It's rare to find a company that manages to stay in business despite such more feedback from clients, contractors, employees, and customers.

As a renter, it’s important to align on basic methods of communication. Here, there is only email and not every email was responded to. Then, DW is not local to the home they are managing so they subcontract repairs and they require quarterly inspections to a real estate agent 40 minutes away. The subcontractor then complains because they are not local to the home and do not know any local vendors. The home I rented required many repairs. It was painful.
