It has been extremely challenging to work with this company. The initial install on a new townhome needed them to come out and fix (after a couple weeks). Then the request to add monitoring consumption as well as production was request (extra cost of course) and now 2 months later and multiple emails with no response and even calls with no response to the company....still waiting. Their service is awesome in the beginning, once your install is done they just ghost you for months. They say they are coming out and never show up or call. We have had an issue that is almost 2 years old that is not resolved. They Re not a trusted company.
