Big ripper. Eating agents commissions. Plz don’t buy or sell through them. These people are biggest fraud. They eat my commission, I used to work for them. They eat my $10,000 . Please don’t trust them.
I have stayed on their property for more than a year. I must say Dwelling Estate Agent will leave no stone unturned to harass and threaten tenants. They withhold my bond funds for more than 30 days. Allowed public inspections before exit condition report and threaten to pay for deep cleaning (after 30 days).
