I had Chuck Brawn, and he was absolutely excellent! Great guy and very helpful in finding a house that was just what I was looking for. He was right there when I needed advice through the process, and very willing to work with the criteria. I’m very thankful for all his help, and elated with my new house!
Deneen Stambone is a wonderful realtor and now, friend! Deneen was thorough, exact and extremely punctual with all information and tasks to be completed. She is kind, funny and very generous with her energy and time to accommodate the many issues/processes that can come up while house hunting/buying. If and when we sell or buy, she will be our realtor again!

We worked with Chuck on a land deal that got fairly complex at times. We don't know if we would have been able to sort through everything without him. Incredible communication and patience I think are the traits that stand out most to us amongst many other positives. We feel very fortunate to have been connected with him and his benchmark for professionalism I think would be tough to top.
