I want to give a huge shout out to Kim! Kim is amazing and she was very helpful in getting my application approved. She is very kind and patient willing to go the extra mile. Kim is great with communication and resolving issues quickly. She really cares about all the families in the community. I am really excited about moving into my new home at Dwelling New Braunfels.

I’ve had a great experience here. The staff is great everyone has been very helpful in getting you approved and moved in. The home has been a gem, everything is new and my only take away from living here is getting use to the trains. The train horns and my sleep schedule are battling but overall it’s been wonderful living here.
