I want to a huge shout out to Kim! Kim is amazing and she was very helpful in getting my application approved. She is very kind and patient willing to go the extra mile. Kim is great with communication and resolving issues quickly. She really cares about all the families in the community. I am really excited about moving into my new home at Dwelling New Braunfels.
I have been so Blessed by this community everyone is so nice and welcoming. I popped in on a busy work day and Ms. Kim was SO attentive to my needs and took the time to listen to me and my story. I cannot say enough great things about this place or the leasing agent, Ms. Kim. We have lived here for several months, and have had nothing but a great experience! Ms. Kim moved mountains to help my family after moving from out of state and the place we had lined up fell through.
