I have been here for a few months now. It is a great neighborhood. I want to point out that they do come every 2 months to inspect the house and make sure everything is fine. I requested some accommodations and the maintenance guy and Katherine did what I had requested. I am so grateful they did! Maintenance guy was very nice and quick. The pool is very nice and clean. I also needed an adjustment in my rent amount, I messaged Kim and quickly they took care of the issue the same day. So far it has been good.
Awful experience. I lived here 18 months and was never late on the rent. I was harassed with a text message the day before Christmas Eve about a small bag of potting soil on my porch. They are supposed to use the app only for communication but had no problem sending condescending text messages to my personal phone and not through the app. They know this, and it was literally a small bag next to an empty pot I was working on. These homes were nice at the start, but as we have lived here we notice that many problems with the home as well as the service. The home itself has many functional issues, such as little insulation which causes our power and water bill to be around $250 a month for two people of low to moderate use. There are a few things on the home that are code violations that they refuse to fix, such as the hood vent over the stove never closing, allowing open air flow into the home at all times.
