First and foremost I enjoy living here. Its been such an amazing move. The manager is pretty awesome and the leasing agent just bring so much happiness and welcoming feeling. Pros : 1. The manager and Leasing person is amazing . 2.24 hours gym and Pool is so nice. 3.Homes are beautiful and nice. 4.The landscape is breath taking Cons 1.Receptionist or Front Desk personnel need an attitude adjustment. After living here for 14 months, never late on rent, never caused or had issues, this place had the nerve to hold our deposit for normal wear and tear - illegal, by the way. They also have someone daily go up and down the streets to take pictures and nit pick to give out lease violations like candy.
Never late on rent, never caused a problem. Our reward? Taking our entire deposit for normal wear & tear, (which is illegally by the way). This is our 3rd yes communities property we’ve lived in and I guarantee this will be our last. Ridiculous treatment for being loyal tenants.
I just have to share how incredible this place is! Since moving in recently, we've felt so welcomed and at home. The community is wonderful, and we truly appreciate everything from our cozy home to the lovely pool. Everyone has been so kind and friendly. A special shoutout to Kim, who has been an absolute gem. She took the time to answer all my questions, which really made us feel valued and at ease during our transition.
