Where to begin? I live at 2348 N Lister Ave, and there have been problems since I moved in. On move-in, the apartment was dirty, there was literally garbage on the floor in the kitchen, a closet door was broken off of the hinges, and the stove was also broken. Within the first week, the air conditioning broke and it took management 5 days to get it repaired. The apartment reached 87 degrees in the August heat. Easy to work with. Great service and overall property management.
Moving into a new apartment during today's climate can be daunting due to high costs, urgency and demand. You have to be ready to put money down for rent + security deposit just from an eye test alone. I was lucky enough to have Dwelle's management / maintenance support to subside any fears and concerns.
