Lorrie Canada was extremely pushy, and when our lease was up (which we stayed for the whole duration for) she fraudulently tried to extend it, and charge us late fees, even though in her own contact it says the tenant needs permission to extended the lease and to carry on with a month to month. In the lease it states they will keep a portion of the deposit for carpet cleaning then she tried to say she was keeping more of it for that. I have been working with Lorie and her team for almost 2 years now and I have been impressed with professionalism and organization of this property management company. They are very organized, they stay on track, they have a good contractor on their team and they keep you informed on any repairs that need to be done and help get multiple repair bids.
Very friendly, helpful and caring. 10/10 recommend, especially the military community. Works fast to assist with any issues the landlord has as well as the tenet.
Five stars for sure! You can tell that they surely pay attention and take care of their properties! I’ve rented now for almost a year from them and would absolutely love to re-sign another lease on this great little house! Dwell Well for the win! Lorie has listened to all of my concerns and honestly has cared beyond measure. She’s gone out of her way, when she didn’t even need to, to go above and beyond. She’s a wonderful landlord and the company itself is wonderful as well.
