The owner of the company, Klemont , gave us expert advice on how to handle a repair job in our bathroom. Klemont informed us it was something covered under guaranteed work from whom we purchased our toilet and installation service plan. Klemont could have taken advantage of us by charging us for the work but was honest and told us it was something we already paid Lowes to do!
