Jordan and his team replaced an exterior post for us and did a *phenomenal* job. In fact, their work was so seamless that we couldn't tell where the new work started and existing work began. High quality work, over and above communication, timely execution. Will be using them again for our other exterior projects and would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done in the Dallas area!

First, I'd like to say I recommend Dwell Roofing & Exteriors wholeheartedly. Here're are the reasons why. Number one, Andrew Griggs called me 4 days prior to my scheduled initial appointment to let me know he wanted to visit early due to an arctic blast blowing in with wintery mix that day. He drove from Fort Worth to Garland, put up tarp to protect my roof where the damage was seen, all while the arctic blast was moving in. I recently used Dwell Roofing for my hail damaged property. Jordan was very communicative about the process, keeping me up to date and the work was completed timely and completely.
I couldn't be happier with using Dwell. They repaired all the exterior wood trim of the house, painted, and installed matching gutters. Jordan and his team really went the extra mile with the project to make sure I was completely satisfied--with color selection, installing a patio ceiling fan I had purchased, and evenpainting the mailbox to match the front door. Everything looks fantastic, and the cost was far more reasonable than the other bid I received. I recommend Dwell wholeheartedly!
