They use a towing company that charges over 400.00 for towing cars when they plow snow. My cousin was one of them and can barely survive as it is and especially at Christmas time.
It really is just one issue after another with this property management company. From an extremely dirty and bug filled move in, where the only thing they did in response was offer a move inspection, to them not paying for the utilities included in the lease and them getting shut off. I was recently charged $80 for asking where the circuit breaker was after I was without power for over 24 hours with no response from my maintenance ticket about the issue. They just aren't responsive and are poorly managed.
