On their current new design/build home on Marlton Crescent, their construction site is an unsafe, unprofessional mess. Construction garbage is scattered throughout the unfenced front yard including rusting rebar, disgarded pipes, pieces of tyvec, crumpled metal mesh and, an overflowing trash bin. A child could be seriously hurt. In addition, their very large, very heavy delivery trucks have all but destroyed our fairly new asphalt street that was not built for that kind of weight. Efficient and professional.
We have all seen uncreative builders clear-cut sites for faster, easier, and cheaper construction, with no regard for adjacent neighbors, or the neighborhood itself. Apparantly, Dwell Design Build are one of those builders. In Charleswood, a distinct neighborhood famous for its rural feeling and abundance of mature trees, Dwell has just clear-cut between 25-30 healthy, 40 foot trees at 342 Marlton Crescent to make way for their new build. I just want to say that Dave and Braydin are fantastic to work with. Always have a quick response and they are more then willing to go the extra mile. Anytime we have questions Dave is quick to respond and ready to help. Quality gentlemen without a doubt!
