I have been dealing with Oliver the last few days, and even though we were tough because we needed a 6 month rental and not a year, we had several pleasant online tours of units and he was very prompt with responses. If we need a one year lease coming up, he will be the first person I contact. Seems to be a great company, I highly recommend.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with, Jacob Dallek, a leasing agent, from Dwell Chicago INC that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I interacted with them, it was clear that they were not interested in providing helpful or thorough service. The agent was dismissive and seemed annoyed by any questions I asked, offering short, uninformative responses.
