I have been dealing with Oliver the last few days, and even though we were tough because we needed a 6 month rental and not a year, we had several pleasant online tours of units and he was very prompt with responses. If we need a one year lease coming up, he will be the first person I contact. Seems to be a great company, I highly recommend.
I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with, Jacob Dallek, a leasing agent, from Dwell Chicago INC that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I interacted with them, it was clear that they were not interested in providing helpful or thorough service. I recently worked with Michelle and Dan and they were literally amazing! Michelle was incredibly responsive, has such a positive attitude, and truly cares about her clients. Once she showed me the unit I wanted, the application process was super easy. Dan was extremely responsive, transparent, and so helpful every step along the way, even with my back to back emails. Huge thank you to Oliver for finding me a fantastic apartment in Wicker Park. It's a competitive neighborhood but he found me a place with friendly neighbors, responsive management, and most importantly, within my budget. Oliver also acted as a liaison between me and the new landlord leading up to my move-in date, and was quite flexible and went out of his way to address concerns I had. I've been at my new place for two months now and it's by far the best apartment I've lived in here in Chicago.
