I hired Dwayne Pommer when I became Executor of my Mother’s Will and Trustee for my disabled sister. His attention to detail was careful and thorough. He clarified several sections of the will and helped me to understand and solve the issues that arose. He was quick to respond to phone calls and emails. He is very professional, knowledgable and easy to work with. He was kind and compassionate when discussing sensitive family matters. I appreciated his sense of humour during a stressful time. Called and must have caught him on an off day? Felt he displaced his anger and/or frustration on me and used the excuse that he was “telling me the truth”. I found him to be extremely rude in both conversation and advice. I will not be revisiting or hiring him when my “mom dies” as he had suggested.
