Upon finding an issue with my 2020 Acent, came to your dealership for an assessment. After a brief time in the shop, Jason Durrett, my service writer, went above and beyond to assist me with my options for fix. I strongly believe that he had my best interest/options in mind. We worked out details, got problem broken part repaired. I have nothing but great things about Dwayne Lane's dealerships and especially Jason Durrett. Thank you!! Carl.
Had the privilege to work with Jason at Dwayne Lane’s Subaru Service Dept yesterday. Not only was Jason kind and professional, he went above and beyond to help us.
Sven and Jake are my super heroes . I had totally given up finding the right vehicle but they worked with me for hours making sure I got the right vehicle. Thanks so much
