Brought my new 2025 Subaru Forester in for a tow hitch installation without wiring. Picked up my vehicle after the dealership had for 5 hours and the things I had in my trunk were tossed in my back seat, there was new scratches and scuffs on the back of my car after the instillation and my weatherproof car matts that I personally had to pay out of pocket for >$200 was missing. For me to give a car dealership 5 stars takes a lot. Joel Nations was awesome. He didn't pester us while we looked around. He greeted us shortly after we looking at some of the cars. He pointed out some others that may interest us and let us be for awhile and didn't bug us. We came back the next with an idea of what we wanted. Joel was super easy to work with and friendly. We were able to work a deal out on a car. Financing took a little longer than expected but overall was a good experience. Thank you Skagit Subaru.
