Brought my new 2025 Subaru Forester in for a tow hitch installation without wiring. Picked up my vehicle after the dealership had for 5 hours and the things I had in my trunk were tossed in my back seat, there was new scratches and scuffs on the back of my car after the instillation and my weatherproof car matts that I personally had to pay out of pocket for >$200 was missing.
