Buying a new car can be an exciting, and dreaded, experience. I love the new car smell, but the ‘what can I do to put you in this car today’ sales pressure can be exhausting. Joel proved that doesn’t have to be the experience! The sale price advertised was the price (no bait & switch). There was no pressure to buy dealer add-ons.
