The Subaru Parts Team at Dwayne Lane's is top notch! I had trouble chasing down a part on my STi and I called the Parts Department to try and help me figure out which vacuum line I had broken. Very welcoming employees and an easy purchase for the part. I will be calling Dwayne Lane's for all my future needs!
The parts staff is exceptional at everything they do. I highly recommend this parts department to everyone I know that has a Subaru in the area.
The service department was amazing but my problem was with parts. The man that was work was Sean very rude attitude and didn't want to help with ordering a simple wheel lock. Was rude and seemed like he didn't want to help at all. Find it sad that the rest of the place was a friendly experience except for parts. Don't recommend going here at all if you are looking at buying parts.
