Parker and his team were very transparent and made time to thoroughly review our vehicles. They didn’t recommend a ton of unnecessary work. Trust them implicitly.
Service was great- the wait- not so much.
I have been using Dwayne Lane service for many years, and I have always been happy with the service and outcomes of every visit. I would highly recommend Parker and his team for any of your vehicle needs, it does not matter the brand.
Quite literally the worst communication from a service dept ever. Good luck getting somebody to answer the phone, check their voicemails, or return the call back they told you 15 different times. They had my truck for 2 and a half months and the day after I got it back my engine light turned back on. Not impressed after paying almost 3k. If you want ANY updates, maybe try calling 3 times in a row and you might POSSIBLY get an answer.
It cost more than expected. It was stated on the paperwork that a 26 point safety inspection was completed. It did not state what was inspected, It did not state if anything was needed. Tires were rotated that were just bought one week earlier. I was charged for it, I was told the brakes needed to be checked, There was nothing on the statement saying they were checked, or if brakes were needed. What happened to the detailed list of what was FOUND?
