Was in and out fast for and oil change. I really liked that they video my SUV. Straight up honest Service Dept.
Horrible service, I dropped off my car nearly a week ago and was told it'd be done the next day. A week later, calling back EVERY DAY And EVERY day they tell me "Tomorrow". I finally called again today, to be told I can't even pick my car up? And it HASNT EVEN BEEN STARTED YET? No technician has been assigned according to the person on the phone. They keep my car, don't do anything to it, and just lie lie lie. Please avoid taking your car here, the chevy dealer in marysville is SO much better and quicker.
I am happy to give kudos to Tyler & Parker of the Service Department. We had a bit of a poor start earlier this week but after Travis & Parker were assigned to us & became our advocates it appears everything is being handled in the most efficient & professional manner it can be. I look forward to doing business with them again...
Excellent service. The team was efficient, transparent, and easy to work with. My car was serviced quickly and everything was explained clearly. Highly recommend.
