Dr. Findley’s office ordered a test for me after my initial visit. The information submitted to my insurance company was incomplete. My insurance provider tried to contact them repeatedly with no response. I called them multiple times over a week with no help or sense of urgency. I explained that I’m in severe pain and needed this information sent, instead they left me on hold and eventually hung up and would not answer when I tried to call back. It’s appalling.

I love Dr. Findley and his staff. I messed up last year and didn't check my medical benefits at work to change to Cigna Open Access. so I was not able to keep Dr. Findley. I have not been to the doctor at all this year. I have since changed my insurance and is waiting for January to make my appointment to see him. Me and my husband don't want any other doctor.

I was a patient of Dr. Findley's for 28 years. I still would be but I moved 3 hours away. Having been moved for only 2 years, doctors where I now live are not familiar with my health issues and I have considered making a 3 hour drive for an appointment to avoid run around from doctors not effectively treating me and causing prolonged illness. Dr. Findley is the best Dr. I have ever had. He's not arrogant/does not talk down to patients like some Drs. do. Caring/compassionate/effective/competent.

Dr. Findley is a great doctor with an excellent bedside manner. He spends a lot of time with you and listens very well to your concerns to try to resolve your problem. He is very down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. He has a receptionist up front though named Jackie that I wish he would fire. She is very rude and tries to treat adults like children. The worst thing about my office visits is having to deal with her. Avoid Jackie at all cost because she's guaranteed to do something foolish.

I have used Dr. Findley several times, and have felt like he over-relies on antibiotics. He spends good amount of time to listen to you, but if he feels like you do not have a virus, you will get an antibiotic. However, the worse thing about going to Dr. Findley is his receptionist. Once you are out of the clinic and have a need to reach the doctor or his nurse, the receptionist will try her absolute best to make this impossible. She will pressure you to take an appt. just to talk with nurse.

I like the guy and I feel that he can relate to my condition when I have complaints or concerns. Dr. Findley is generally laid back and he will listen to you, except when he feels you've been researching the internet for your own diagnoses too much. I have been a patient for more than 13 years and he is the reason that I kept going back. The staff is hit or miss, new nurses and front desk people seems a little disconnected or disengaged, as in not paying attention to patients or not warm.

I have been with Dr. Findley for more than 15 years! He is patient, knowledgeable, kind, and a really nice guy! Since transitioning to St. Francis, the sore spot has been his rude and incompetent clerk named Jackie. She has set wrong appointment times and keeps you holding forever. Dr. Findley's practice would be perfect without her.
