This company put in a new septic line at my grandparents place and told them it would be good for many many years. Here it is a year later and its backed up. My grandparents have been trying to contact them with no call back. So my grandparents had to contact someone else and now they have to pay again to get it done the right way!! Very sad they would scam and lie straight to their face.
Called and left messages over several months about hot water heater. Never got a call back. He was recommended by a friend. Heater finally failed so of course called someone else who responded immediately.
