Dr. Lay and his entire staff are excellent!!! I've been to seem him several times and each visit has been extremely positive!
Saw dr Lay yesterday after a fall resulting in foot injury . He is professional and personable. Kind and compassionate .
For a follow-up visit I was still experiencing heel pain so Dr. Lay described options, and I elected to have a cortisone injection into my heel. The injection was painful, but within 30 seconds I experienced relief and was able to walk with no heel pain. So far, 5 days later I still do not have any pain. :-) The pain relief was well worth the discomfort of the injection.
Elite Foot and Ankle impressed me with the kindness from everyone I interacted with on my visit. The office was located close to my house which made it an easy decision for me. When I saw Dr. Lay, he gave me several options and also made recommendations. He also told me that I had "pinched nails" on the same toe on both feet. He also made recommendations for taking care of those nails. It was a pleasant experience and I really like that I had options!
Dr Lay and his staff take their time and listen to me to know exactly what problem I have with my feet instead of just rushing to the next person, and have always taken care of my issues professionally
