As persippany as I am, my saying Dr. Lay and staff are stuck with me as their patient says it all. I am so at ease with appointment scheduling and Dr. Lays knowledge of treatment. In my case, I was offered a few options for treatment which says I matter.
After more than four years as a patient, I can honestly say Dr. Lay is outstanding. He’s personable, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable. He always offers the best options and truly cares about your comfort and results. If you’re looking for a foot doctor you can trust, this is the one.
Dr Lay was friendly and reassuring. I thought he was thorough in his exam, explanation and detail instructions.
Dr. Lay was absolutely wonderful. He was very friendly and professional, and he took the time to explain the entire ingrown nail removal process thoroughly so I knew exactly what to expect. That alone made a huge difference. He also made it clear that he was available if I had any questions afterward, which gave me a lot of reassurance. The care didn’t stop when the procedure was over.
