Both Doctors and all staff here are amazing. Anytime we have an emergency or pain of any kind they get us in right away. Always professional and caring. My kids actually look forward to coming here. They love the treasure box.
Don’t have the words to describe how thankful we are today for Dr Donahue and Chris for making an emergency visit flawless for our little guy. She talked through each step on his level and showed compassion and kindness. We are thankful for this office and the care provided today!
Sad to see my review removed from years ago. When I was a kid this office dismissed my family after going to them for 5+ years. After being late for 5 minutes 1 time out of a dozen or so appointments. We were late because of unusual circumstances and CALLED them 15 minutes before the appointment was scheduled. After arriving my mother was met with "HOW DARE YOU" and dismissed from the practice. Absolute worst Dentists in the area. They force root canals on younger patients instead of pulling teeth. My 17 year old wanted the tooth pulled but they have no compassion. She stayed in pain with no meds until the root canal could be performed and it ended up costing us over 1k and 6 dentist appointments. Go somewhere else…anywhere else.
I'm currently 36 and I've been a patient at Standish Family Dental Center for almost as long as they have been opened. The staff is always very welcoming and accommodating. I've went to several dentists and Dr. Dwan has always been by far the best. I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience in the last 20+ years. My son (5 years old) is now a patient here and he enjoys it as well. I'm very thankful to have such a wonderful establishment in such a small community. It truly is hard to find these days.
