I'm currently 36 and I've been a patient at Standish Family Dental Center for almost as long as they have been opened. The staff is always very welcoming and accommodating. I've went to several dentists and Dr. Dwan has always been by far the best. I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience in the last 20+ years. My son (5 years old) is now a patient here and he enjoys it as well. I'm very thankful to have such a wonderful establishment in such a small community. It truly is hard to find these days.
Nerdy, abrupt
Would rate zero stars. It’s safe to say I will be filing a lawsuit because they caused me to have a seizure in the chair after administering numbing shots, did not give me verbal or visual warning before shoving a giant needle in my mouth, did not put me in the proper seizure recovery position, were overall callous and careless with my treatment and it’s mishandling, and then would not give me the names of those who treated me when I asked even though I am fully legally entitled to request the full names of the people who mi... read more
I recently seen Dr. Dwan at a free dental clinic and I absolutely cannot complement him enough. He not only did the 1 filling requested by volunteers who didn't know enough to see the other fillings I needed, but he went above and beyond (for free!!) To do a debridement, and take care of everything I possibly needed (and made it clear to me that I needed other fillings that the other departments missed.)! I'm so thankful to have met such a dedicated dentist.
He is a geek and a backstabber. Do not trust him!
