Been going to Dr Cales since the mid 80s. I'm happy with my care. Worked out of town a lot and of course your teeth wait till your away from home to ache. So I have seen quite a few other Dentists but really none were more concerned that I was not in pain than Dr Cales.Long term objectives were always discussed and a plan of action was started. Some worked, some didn't. but it was always my choice. Just one of those good guys with a great staff. He will be my Dr till he retires. Hopefully he will put some grandkids thru coll... read more

The staff is friendly and courteous. Dr. Cales is intelligent and a good conversationalist. I did not have any problems or issues with the services provided. Overall, a great experience.

Went to this dentist for some serious teeth cleaning for my wife. They were great initially, sat down explained how much the cost was, what to expect, even some great dental education, at that point i had no problem shelling out over $350 with (Delta Dental Ins) for my wifes teeth to be deep cleaned. The problem came with we were told that my $350 included a follow up. Now we were told this not once (inital visit), not twice (first payment of $230) .... but three times (second payment $120) that what I paid included the foll... read more
