If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. My experience with GL Kreiner, Inc./DW Security has been nothing short of a disaster. Their so-called "customer service" is an absolute joke—unresponsive, dismissive, and completely uninterested in addressing issues. Worked with Blaise and Don on a camera project for our school. The outcome was phenomenal and looking at collaborating again for another project around emergency notifications. The original work was done relatively fast and Don is very responsive to inquiries. Overall, great experience with this company.
There customer service is horrible, my camera works for 5 months then stops working and they still expect you to pay. Do not get security cameras through this company....they are completely lost.
