I had an emergency with my boiler this weekend and was really worried as most places were closed, but this company was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Disgraceful service..JAMES CAME OUT TO ME...I HAD A SMELLY SHOWER OUTLET...HE FLUSHED IT THROUGH FOR ME,SAIDIT WAS FINE NOW.I SAID IS THIS WORK GUARANTEED HE SAID IT WAS. 24HOURS LATER SMELL BACK AGAIN LIKE SEWAGE .. Super speedy service and reasonably priced to come out same day to sort my plumbing issues. Terms were outlined over the phone before they came out to me and very pleasant chap on the phone as well as the engineer who came to see to the job.
