My dad got there at 11am and left the waiting room at 7pm because nobody wants to work IS MY GUESS! He said it was too cold in the waiting room and the staff was rude when he mentioned it, This happened on 2/8/24 and multiple people are lucky that I was not there because if I would have been there to witness such sorry, lazy, waist of space sitting around while my daddy suffered, SOMEONE WOULD BE CALLING FOR HELP
