Horrible company. Lived in their building for about 6 years, we cleaned when we moved out (mind you there was still existing damage from previous tenants), and they charged us $6000 or so for "11 hours" of cleaning, tried to charge us for all new appliances, carpet throughout the entire house, and a bunch of other BS. They are not honest about what number they place you on a list for one of their living units. I received a letter from them saying that there is a single unit available in the new apartment complex Aurora Heights they said that I was 9th on the list 58 people in front of me didn't want it I would get the unit. Somebody else got the unit when I continue to stay on the list for another unit in the same apartment complex day later told me I was 242nd on the list. My apartment was attempted to be broken into & management decided it was best to just glue the broken frame then replace it. I could go on & on but this is a prime example of how much they care for their tenants.

Worst place to rent from. They don’t keep up with routine maintenance, the grounds keeper constantly mows and walks around the properties all day. Oh and don’t forget the continuous rent increases that they say are “due to inflation” but don’t take into account people’s wages aren’t changing.
